A fair test

The full test plan

Load the last 90 days from three sources into both tools and run them side by side for 30 days. Score labeling accuracy on 100 sampled items, the answers to five questions you have today, whether each flagged the issues you later fixed, and the cost at your volume. Then take one idea through a customer test in Zentrik, and see how each tool reaches the customers behind one fixed issue. Plan on two PMs and an analyst at about a fifth of their time.
